The location. I needed to file my Spanish visa app at HV dela Costa St. It was the most affordable and near enough to walk to the center.

Only for short stay.
Clean with big bathroom. Good location. Movie channels.
No hair dryer, no iron, no free WiFi. Only one bed sheet, no blanket. Only one dish, one spoon and one fork. Cooking only with microwave oven. Small refrigerator. Not suitable for long stay.

It has a kitchenette with microwave and a small ref, and dining utensils for one person.
The aircon was a bit noisy. Internet was not free, you have to subscribe P100/hr to use it. The lights are dim.

Salcedo Suite 705A
REVIEW SALCEDO SUITE 705A Very spacious room with a great Queen Size bed. Really loved to stretch out my body and feel that no hand or foot was outside the bed. There was well isolated sound proof walls and only minor sounds leaked, but not much at to talk about. Familys with small childrens might have a good nights sleep at Salcedo Suites. The shower had really warm water, and it was a true pleasure to having a long hot shower.
REVIEW SALCEDO SUITE 705A In my booking confirmation there was clearly stated that I rented "a room with city view and a balcony". I was very excited for view and balcony. Sadly neither was present during the visit, and there wasnt even a window in (?) the room. I was so tired that i couldnt debate this with staff in the middle of the night. Besides there was an major electrical issue present in the room (Suite 705A) and no electricity was working in the wall outlets. I couldnt charge my working laptop or my tablet and use during my whole stay. This halted a whole work day. A side effect caused by the was that i could only charge my gadgets if i took out the refridgerator and use fridge dedicate wall outlet and charged. The servicetechnichian couldnt find any wrong. Behind the refridgerator there was a strong smell of cockroats present, buy never saw any during my stay. But the smell itself was very VERY annoying.
